IN A BOX CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

1.
Lessee (Barbara A. Hoss) agrees to provide merchandise including
an itemized, priced inventory to the Consignee.
2.
ATG agrees to pay commission fee to the consignee on the following
basis:
Sales
totaling $500.00 or less - 10% of total sales;
$501.00
- $1,500.00 - 15% of total sales;
$1,501.00+
- 20% of total sales
Commission
fee will be paid within fifteen days following receipt of returned
merchandise, reconciliation and payment for consigned ATG merchandise
sold.
3.
Consignee agrees to settle account (forward payment receipts and
return all unsold merchandise) within thirty days unless a re-negotiated
extension period is agreed to by ATG and consignee.
4.
Sales tax where applicable for your state will be collected and
paid by the consignee.
5.
Consignee will provide all services needed for selling the ATG
merchandise, including conducting proper sales transaction, and
providing all other customer service needs. This includes tracking
inventory numbers of items sold for ATG records.
6.
Consignee is responsible for theft, damage or soiled merchandise
due to gross negligence, or conditions that occur while in their
possession.
7.
Consignee will refund money to customer due to dissatisfaction
with product, however, no cash refund will be after 14 days; merchandise
credit will be given.
8.
Consignee and ATG will work together to co-promote; run sales
and promotion only when approved by both parties. No discounts
or sales will occur unless approved by ATG.
9.
ATG is responsible for shipping cost or merchandise to consignee.
10.
Consignee agrees to ATG maintaining an approved credit card number
on file as collateral.
